Dr. Preston Williams II Senior Associate Pastor, Education Dean of College, St. Clair College of Ministry Supervising Pastor of Evangel Christian Academy and Evangel Assembly Christian Education Department Preston Williams II is a prolific author, motivational speaker, and visiting professor of theology for several colleges and seminaries in the Georgia and Florida. He has held Senior Management positions with corporations such as American Express Co., IBM, and WIZA Radio Station. He has served in Christian ministry for over 30 years. He has served as evangelist, church planter, radio talk show host and producer of “Soul2Soul” broadcast, television broadcast host of Christian broadcast “Celebrate.” Under the Church of God denomination he served in the following position: District Evangelism and Home Missions Director, District Youth and Christian Education Director, Associate Pastor, Senior Pastor. Before relocating to Maryland, he served as Christian Academy Administrator of Gateway Christian Academy (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), and Vice President At Large of Logos Christian College and Graduate School (Jacksonville, FL). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Logos Educators Network and has been recently been appointed as a Presbyter of the International Fellowship of Ministers. He is a distinguished member of the Association of Christian Counselors and is a certified behavioral therapist. Dr. Williams has worked extensively with inner-city rehabilitation centers and youth facilities providing counseling, personal guidance and leadership in at-risk communities. He has traveled nationally and internationally as a keynote speaker and seminar facilitator. He has published several books include By the Way (inspirational), The Seasons of Destiny’s Perfection (personal empowerment), Whispering Silhouette (poetry), and his most recent book Necessary Changes (personal empowerment). Preston Williams II has studied at Howard University (Washington, D.C.), Lee University (Cleveland, TN), and Logos University (Jacksonville, FL) and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology, a Masters Degree in Theology & Psychology (summa cum lade), and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Psychology & Christian Counseling (summa cum lade).His desire is to promote Christian education on every level and to continue his pursuit to empower lives for Kingdom purpose and productivity. His hobbies are writing, reading, swimming, jet-skiing, and basketball. He and his lovely wife Kathy, who serves as Executive Director of the Christian Education Department, are committed to the ministry of education, and personal development and empowerment. They are the proud parents of five children, Preston III, Portia, Jarell, Sharmayne, and Zaynah.
