Being a part of missions does not require special skills. The only prerequisite is a heart with enduring compassion for others and an unfaltering will to serve.

What can you do?

Pray
Jesus modeled how we should pray. He not only prayed for Himself, but he also considered the needs of others. If you have followed His example, you know that PRAYER CHANGES THINGS. It can impact your home, community, and nation.

You may not be able to go or give, but YOU CAN PRAY!

Go
Do not be afraid if you have heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Instead, be like Isaiah who answered without hesitation, “Here am I, send me.” You will not regret it. Where God guides, He provides. Go in confidence to Judaea, Samaria, even the uttermost parts of the earth.

Give
If you can't go, prayerfully consider giving of your talents, your time, and your resources. Many missionaries depend on the monthly support provided by the faithful in order to continue providing for the needs of those they serve. There is a definite need for monetary gifts, pledges and offerings but there are also many other ways to give. You can donate clothes, school supplies, toys, and a host of other things to support the work of God's people. God requires us to be a blessing to others. Jesus gave His life to be a blessing to others.
